Q: Welcome to Johnson Controls! Tell us more about yourself.
A: Thank you. My name is Visal Leng. I oversee Johnson Controls’ Building Technologies and Solutions operations across the Asia Pacific region. I joined Johnson Controls from Baker Hughes. I’m keen to bring my prior experience in integrated products, services and solutions to deliver Johnson Controls’ smart, sustainable solutions for our customers. |

Q: How do you intend to help customers transform their built environments?
A: My promise to every customer is that we’ll tap the best of our technical expertise, consultancy, solutions and services to add value to your business and ensure long-term success. We look forward to listening to your requirements more actively, and consistently add value to your business. We want to work as an extended member of your team.

Q: What is your approach to building a smarter, safer and sustainable future?
A: We aspire to be your trusted partner. My goal is that every organization will receive excellent service at every touchpoint through dedicated staff who will collaborate with them to create smarter, safer buildings that meet sustainability and business needs. And as more built environments become smarter and energy-efficient, we will create a ripple effect which will result in a greener world.
